Also responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining a sales force of 200+ representatives through personal daily interaction and handling administrative duties in the office such as tracking sales and statistics. Other duties included organizing sales meetings, advertising campaigns, and team workshops, in addition to helping devise sales promotion strategies and contests.

Position entailed attending nightly staff meetings to update supervisors on each campers medical and psychological condition.

As a volunteer, I tutored children of low income or homeless families and made sure all homework was completed and supervised learning and literacy activities as well as educational games. Also involved acting as a mentor and role model while supervising special fieldtrips (ice skating, shows, etc.)
