  President David R. Sternoff Corp., international and domestic metals broker. Bought and sold large "lots" of ferrous and non ferrous metals in truck, container or carload lots to steel mills,refiners,and smelters throughout the US, Canada, Europe, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and other countries.

Agent, Registered representative and consultant.  Responsibilities included marketing of life, health,disability, long term care and misc. property and casualty products of A and A+ rated companies. Also represented firms offering broad, flexible range of products including programs that fund and administer Section 125 employee benefit plans for small businesses.  Consulting activities often required.

  General Manager schnitzer Steel Products Non-Ferrous Division  (Full service processing center and domestic and international brokers of non-ferrous metals.  Activities included purchasing, sales, bidding, locating sources of supply, marketing, warehousing, claims, arranging letters of credit, and other trade related activities. Supervised many personnel.

1974-78
  Vice President, Western Metals Co., International and domestic brokerage of non-ferrous metals. Purchased and sold RR car and truck or container loads of metals for recycling. Responsible for sales to Europeon and Far East mills,refiners,smelters and traders.

1968-74
  President, David R. Sternoff  Corp.,exclusive national representative for a manufacturer of air pollution control equipment for the recycling industry.

1962-68
  Contract Administrator, Richards Shear Co. manufacturer of heavy machine tools for the scrap recycling industry.  Duties included coordination between engineering,manufacturing, purchasing and accounting, maintaining production control schedules, shipping of finished goods, trade shows,advertising promotion
