Robert Weiner Associates can offer you an opportunity to improve dramatically the outcome of your public affairs and media efforts.
With more than 20 years of documented success at the highest levels of strategic public affairs and media for the federal government, national political, and issue organizations, I have now formed Robert Weiner Associates-Public Affairs and Issues Strategies, as a way to assist clients who understand that maximizing their public affairs and media contact is crucial to meeting their goals. RWA specializes as a message creator, refiner, sharpener, and deliverer-from generation of news coverage to message development, TV and radio spots, op-eds, speeches, and enhancement of public events.
For six years, I had the privilege to serve in the White House directing the Barry McCaffrey/Lee Brown Drug Czar's Public Affairs Office under President Clinton, as well as assisting the Bush Transition for six months. Our office generated 20,000 major press articles, magazine cover stories, and 5,000 network television and radio stories and interviews - the highest rate per press staff in the Cabinet - as well as a national public service announcement advertising campaign. I have been privileged to serve for Reps. Claude Pepper (as Chief of Staff-House Aging Committee), Charles Rangel (Communications Director, House Narcotics Committee), John Conyers (Communications Director-Press Secretary, House Government Operations Committee), Ed Koch (Washington Legislative Assistant), and Senator Ted Kennedy (Political Aide to his Senate and Presidential Campaigns). In addition, I directed the General Press Room at the last five Democratic National Conventions.
Our team includes outstanding public affairs specialists, each with well over 20 years experience, awards and fresh insights.
We also have enlisted nationally respected media production teams with vast experience including an Emmy Award-winning television journalist.
We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you soon to discuss enhancing your media reach.
